Dr. Todd Hill is a board-certified psychiatrist based in Los Angeles, California, with over 18 years of experience as a trusted medical-legal expert witness. He provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for civil litigation, worker’s compensation, independent medical exams, and disability claims—consulting with plaintiff and defense attorneys, courts, and employers across California and beyond.

With more than two decades of clinical practice, including 20+ years as a hospital consultation-liaison psychiatrist, Dr. Hill brings extensive expertise in complex psychiatric and medical-psychiatric cases. His diverse experience includes private practice ownership, work in state hospitals, nursing homes, residential care, and academic leadership as Chair of Psychiatry at an osteopathic medical school.

In addition to expert witness services, Dr. Hill remains active in clinical care. He most recently served as Medical Director for two Los Angeles-based practices, where he provides psychiatric care, medication management, and advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine therapy.
